Warm-up & post workout

Want to burn fat? 15 minutes before lifting and 15 minutes after on the treadmill, incline 15, 3 miles per hour is all you need!

Meal plans and proper nutrition isn't complicated. And it's not one size fits all. Reach out so we can find out what will work for you so you can still have the foods you love. 

Recovery

Post-workout care includes foam rolling, percussion massage gun therapy, epsom salt soaks and magnesium supplements before bed. 7-8 hours of sleep is crucial to recovery!

Hydration

Stay Hydrated! You should be drinking half your body weight in oz's per day. Liquid IV and LMNT are great ways to restore your body's electrolyte balance.
